Horrible rates and unfair to loyal customers

So I have been a TWC customer for about 7 years and have received many deals from them initially that were great, but as time went on I keep getting increases in my bill. Come to find out things were being taken off and added without my knowledge. This company continues to mess with the rate that I was locked into for a year. Sure as can be though I go to renew my service and the best they can do is $165 a month?!?! And not only that I RARELY get my suppose to have 10Mbps. I call numerous times to get a better rate and they offer me $5 off a month and 6 months of free highspeed internet... WTF I have that already and if the moron would have looked at my account could have seen that.

I think that TWC is starting to go down hill and cares less and less about long standing customers! Im definitely going to switch carriers when I move because this is crap!
