Scam, no customer service, took my money & did not get anything! - nintendo nes

I purchaed a Nintendo NES GAme Console with 3 games and it arrived with a defective switch which would not turn on. I spent a week calling them, leaving messages, sending emails and no one responded whatsoever! Finally, I called on day eight and reached someone in the office "who could have cared less" about my problem. He stated he would "take a message." Well, he did not, Finally, after two weeks, I got an email from "Nate" who stated he would send me a return label. Again, five more days passed and I had to send more emails, make more telephone calls, and finally, got the label. I returned the console and games in the original packing and was notified that they did receive it. HOWEVER, THEY HAVE FAILED TO REFUND MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I HAD INSTRUCTED THEM TO DO SO! I am again sending emails and making telephone calls to get my money back. Please do not do business with this company as their customer service is terrible, their lack of communication is horrible, and their track record is unstable.
