Nintendo download center gives supposely (i dont know I didnt get that far, but give services of download homebrew nintendo games. I paid to them a $29 6 month subscription. After paying, you find out you have yet another purchase to make from another website for a card to insert in your system for the downloads to even work, which wasnt seen until after the account has been made. They say they are a 100% risk free site, offering refunds with questions asked. I requested a refund, over, over, over again. They ignored me, everyone of my emails until i said i would make a complaint. They than emailed me and said they were going to process my refund. That time has passed also, no refunds, and no more responses to my emails. They ripped me off without a care.
