I would love to go for a air balloon ride and Living Social was selling vouchers for Dream Adventures USA. I bought 3 vouchers, $175.00 each, which were going to expire by the end of the 2012 summer. My husband, friend and I were very excited to enjoy it. I contacted the company and was informed that they did not have any time available at that time. They would call me back to arrange a time as soon as they have anything open. They called me back, a couple of times, offering me crazy times, like 6 am on a monday or 8 pm on a sunday.By the end of the summer, the lady from Dream Adventures USA told me the only thing they could do was to change the location, which would not work for me. So, after my vouchers expired, I contacted Living Social and they told me there was nothing they could do form me, because i still can use the paid amount for the same deal. Their customer service is the worst ever! I deal with other similar companies, like Groupon, or urban daddy, and never, never, been in a position where i have to pay for the company's mistake, This is just not right!
