I never received my order from Totsy even though it said it was delivered? I was home and even received a package from Fed Ex on this day to prove I was sittiing home waiting for delivery. I can not get in touch with company because my emails have not been returned and the # they give is out of order!? This is not what a reputable company does, so i have no other choice but to think I was taken?! Honestly, I do not have the money to throw away like that! I scrimped and cut to make hat purchase!
