No installation on replaced dishwasher - Whirlpool dishwashe

Dear Sir or Madam,

On January 11 we bought a dishwasher for $ 449.00 from the Brick in Fort McMurray, and purchased the extended warranty on Sales Invoice 01100151012001. We paid a local plumber to install it and since there is just me and my wife using the appliance, thought it would last at least as long as the previous one.in Dec it started making noise so we called a serviceperson from TGW, they made a house call and told us it was broken and we should replace it. Which is no problem except when I talked to Debra at TGW she told me I could only be reimbursed for $ 150 to take the old one out and install the new one. A cost which I should not have to bear, If I had known that the warranty did not cover the full replacement, (as the warranty states, TGW will repair or replace, at it%u2019s option such defective product or any defective parts incorporated into the product without charge to me for parts And Labor). The person at TGW told me they could have an install team from the Brick come and do it for $300, so I would be out another $ 150 for the installation.

My Truck has a warranty for Parts and Labor also, and if I get it fixed in Fort Mac for $200/hr. Or Calgary fro $120/hr. My cost is the same Zero, that is why we buy a warranty. When I talked to Sears Canada they stated that their warranty would cover installment of a defective machine. If I had known when we bought the appliance that the warranty was full of holes I would have shopped elsewhere.
After writing this letter I got another phone call from Debra stating that their warranty would reimburse me $ 150 if I booked their techinicians and they would charge me! 169 GST to install this, I would have to pay the technician and submit a claim.
