Purchased a groupon for a photo book which will expire on 1/31. I am a professional photographer who normally uses a different service, but figured I'd give printerpix a try. After working for 2 weeks on this book for hours on end, the book disappeared out of my project file.

I called and was on hold for almost 2 hours. When the woman finally answered, she said they did a software update & wiped everything out. Since it was here one moment and gone the next, I requested some help to try & locate it to which she did not reply. I let her know that I was a first time customer, extremely unhappy with all aspects of the service and she hung up on me. She had all my information and could have easily dialed me back if she cared at all.

After hanging up, I was fiddling around with the saved link, and low and behold, my project appeared. If I could access it, their IT should be able to locate it in the system as well. I went ahead and worked the last 2 days many hours to just complete it, since I put so much time into it already. Frankly, had I not invested so many days work into it, I would have canceled it since the service is unacceptable... But I do not have 3 days time to throw away.

Well, today, I was finally finished and went to add it to the cart, and it disappeared again and I so far am unable to retrieve it. I called customer service and was on hold 36 minutes before being disconnected. I called back out of sheer frustration and have been on hold another 30 minutes so far.

THIS HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY AWFUL IN EVERY WAY! Buyer beware! I don't know what the end product looks like, but what I have experienced thus far is a company that on every level (IT, programming, & customer service) that does not give a crap about my time, effort, or customer potential. They are extremely unprofessional in every way.
