Avoid at all costs this place is a nightmare! - Leather bound photo book

Bought a groupon for this photo book, spent hours putting it together, paid for a bunch of add ons. Ordered it on 10/16. Was told I would have it in 14 days, after 6 weeks and multiple calls to them and every excuse you can think of, including it was at the printers and they were waiting for the ink to dry, and that Halloween was a holiday they were closed for, I finally got it the second week of Dec. Almost all of the pages were cut off at the tops, cutting the tops of heads off, the color was terrible. I called again, was told to take pics of the problems and send to them, I did but never heard anything back. Called Groupon, who gave me a credit, and they contacted PrinterPix for the third time. This time a supervisor emailed me, after an exchange of emails that took 3 weeks, I never heard anymore. I called him today, told him to forget it and just give me my money back, which he agreed to, but they want the book back, which is fine with me, it is useless as it is. I wanted it reprinted, I was told to go to the website and adjust the pages to fix it, insinuating I had done it wrong. I told him that a template is useless to do this kind of thing if it is not printed the way it appears when you make it, he insisted I re do it, when I went back to do it, it had been deleted. This place is worse than terrible, NEVER NEVER use them. Worst customer service ever they lie and are just unproffesional. And for the record, I expect that the refund will never happen, I am going to the BBB next! This place should be shut down for cheating people.
