The banker at Chase (Chad) seemed nice enough when we started the loan prosses early before even inding aa home in Sept.in Oct. We found a home and made an offer but we were told we would have to wait till Dec. 7th to start the contract due to new FHA rules on fourclosed homes then it would take 30 days or less to close. Slow but ok thats fine. Today is Jan 4th and we are being told we have to hope the seller will give us an extintion because the finnal appraisel that Chase ordered yesterday!!! Didn't pass cause the water vaule was off. Do you think that I should suffer cause they had 30 days to schedule the secound appraisal and waited till 4 days before closing? They don't care about there customers one bit!!! BTW for those of you who want to know who and where. I am talking about Chad E. At the 3300 S. And 3200 E. Branch in Salt Lake City Utah.
