CareCredit/GECRB
Very unsatisfied custome

Unfortunately I did't read review or I would have taken more time before deciding to take out the CareCredit/GECRB card to help pay medical expense. When you are lucky after97 min to get a rep, when you do they talk over you and but doesnt acknowledge any question you asked it really sucks. Not only being on hold to get a rep 97 minutes, agent rattles on without anything you asked, asked for supervisor and that was as much a joke, i have been on hold an additional 47 min, never hearing more than the background repeating itself. They lie about payment, also the deferred interest that too is a joke. Never got card but I guess it only matters the money part cause they sure dont help with anything else. I am disappointed I ever agreed to it, wont use the card anymore pay it off and make a point to let anyone that thinks this company can help, tell them to run not look back. Wonder how legitimate this company is, guess next step is to find out from better bushiness bureau. Run don't get caught up with this company unless you are into being screwed over, and over.
