Stone Fell Out - Mothers Ring

Biggest regret ever purchasing my mothers ring at kay jewelers. I have had nothing but troubles and would not recommend their store to ANYONE. I have had my mothers ring for 42 days and a stone fell out. They do not gaurentee them so to fix it I need to pay for it. They also asked me if i had a warrenty on it. I said no I didn't. She said well we always recommend that you purchase one for these reasons. I said, so if I had a warrenty this would be covered. She said NO! So you want me to pay you more money for something you still aren't going to cover? NO THANK YOU! Way to not stand behind your product. Plus now that I have been telling others, I have heard story after story about how horrible they are. Do they set their stones loose on purpose? To get more money? Oh and it was a custome pieces so no return or exchange... Way to make me regret my purchase FOR LIFE. Luckily The Diamond Center will replace my stone for me, i would rather pay them to do it then spend any more money with Kay's. Never again kay jewelers!!!
