Eturned product but no refund issued - beauty products

I ordered products online some of which I decided to return. I followed the return policy but did not receive a refund. I sent an email with a copy of the UPS receipt confirming the items were received by Ulta rep. I received an email back stating it had been too long. The least you should do is to send the products I paid for back to me.
