I'd never use this carpet company again. They play a good game initially but their service department can't get it right. They are disorganized, refuse to give a paid in full receipt upon delivery despite my requesting one at least 8 times. Three appointments were scheduled to repair a crease in my carpet that they claim has to be pressed out. They make appointments, cancel them, get address wrong, and don't show up even after they confirm their appointments. They are arrogant and rude and defensive. The carpet is not of good quality either. I h e nothing good to say a out this company other than the installers who were courteous, and did a good job installing the carpet. That's about it! Very disappointed in this company.
