I signed up for the site, then found out that I had to pay money to get any jobs. So I paid the $4.95 basic membership fee, only to find out that it was a scam. Looking over my credit card transactions though I noticed that more than a month after the initial one time payment of $4.95 I was billed $29.95 for some 30 day Gold membership to the site. So I went to the site and my settings had been changed from the one time payment I had selected to auto refill for the most expensive membership.
