I, too, foolishly ordered a "free" trial sample for which I paid a nominal shipping fee - using of course my credit card. I received the sample and about one month later received a 2nd sample and found a $79 charge on my credit card statement. I looked them up online and found a phone number; I called and spoke to someone who was very difficult to understand. I think where we landed is he said once they received the product back (I have to pay for shipping), he will refund the $79 credit card charge (meanwhile I'm instructing my credit card NOT to pay) but that I will be charged a $20 "restocking" fee. What a scam! It is not clearly stated in their ad that they will begin sending regular monthly shipments if you do not notify them otherwise.
