This is the same complaint made against the same companies for the same fraudulent way they do business! I seen their ad for a sample of their product to try and you just paid for the shipping... They notified me that they received the shipping money, then I get the so-called sample. It appeared much larger than a sample, and when I checked my credit card, they had charged me $99.00 (equinox) and $89.00 (RVTL) When I called each company, and told them I never seen anything about a charge like that or never received a e-mail receipt of such a charge, they said
" Do you want to cancel?" Cancel what? After reading other complaints, it appears they continue to charge every month... I told them to cancel, they would not refund my money, I am out $198.00 and now feel I have to notify my credit cards, to stop any further charges... These people should be put out of business. It may be the way they do business in India, but I wouldn't think we would be taken advantage here in the US, especially since it was recommended by the famous Dr. Oz on his TV show...
