No Deposits for Seven Days on Over $2000 in Transactions

Just set up account with square up, it has been active for approx. 2 weeks and I received deposits into my account until 7 days ago no deposit for transactions for last 7 days in the amount of over $2000 I have emailed several days and NO response, I have called and the number just cuts you off after referring to email which they DO NOT answer!!
