Holding $7647 for 180 Days After Account Terminated

They are credit processing company that is holding on to $7647, that was already paid to them by American Express, for 180 days, I ran a charge through on April 29, my account was credited with $2002 the next day. They told me I had to wait 30 days to get the full amount, unless i filled out some paperwork, bank statements, tax certificate, invoice, after a week a got a reply that my account was terminated, I could no longer use square, it would take 180 days to get the rest of the money, no explanation, I should issue a refund to the customer, if i wanted to, I did issue a refund, which square did not put through. There is still a balance of $7,646. Which I am trying to get, I don't even think they will be in business in 180 days, which is fraud, this happens to a lot of people,
Please help me get paid from this company.
