Purchased a Tungsten/Diamond ring on Dec 17th. Salesperson said it came with a lifetime warranty and gave me 70% off of the $900 list price. Two days later, on a trip to New York, the diamond setting 'fell out' of the band! I immediately called them in California, telling them that upon my return on Jan 4th, I would be in to return the ring. I went there today as planned and as so stated, and they refused to refund my money. A ring should last longer than 4 days... No?
