Ripoff Dangerous Units In-Compitant Employees Good at Breaking a Contract Ewa Beach

Well for all of you military people out there who are plagued with having to move to this island... Don't rent from this company (if thats what the call themselves) I have had to call maintenance, and the landlord (there have been about 5 for my area in less than a year) more times than I can count the units that these fools own.

I have been shocked in the shower with 90 volts of current, and after the "electricians" finally arrived the next day they just turned off the breaker... Killing power to 2 of my 4 bedrooms... And planned on leaving it like that until I told them that I knew about electricity, and I also could read and that the breaker was also supplying power to 2 bedrooms. All of the fixtures that were conductors of electricity in both up stairs restrooms had positive current running to them. Towel racks, sink, mirror. I have had muddy water running in my bathtub, had my water turned off for "repairs" more times than it has been on for use by anyone in my house, heard the people in the front office pass on problems on a lower person... (like kids do) Lost power countless times. (which they fix in roughly 4 hours each time it happens) and its quite evident that after replacing the transformer every other weekend that something is wrong... But They Don't Care...

All we are is military people paying rent and doing our jobs each day to help protect them so we can come to a residence and be screwed around. I now buy bottled water due to getting sick from the water right after a "repair" on the water pipe that the guys busted in front of my house while installing water meters (my house was one of about 5 of the 20 units on our block) Live on Base as bad as that may sound to some of you, because you will regret giving a penny of your hard earned pay to this Incompitant, Care free, Aloha my a@ Company. Thank God for the mainland!!!
