I ordered a pair of Toms shoes through 'officialtomsshoesoutlet.co.uk' at the end of May. I got suspicious after a couple of weeks because I could not find any tracking information with the code the company sent me. I was told by the customer service that everything is ok and the shoes are on they way. I was sure I was scammed for I found various complaints regarding this site through scambook and other sources and therefore contacted my credit card company. After contacting the credit card company I found a site where I could track chinese (tracking code was for a parcel coming from China) parcels and did find a parcel with matching dates. I also found out that this chinese economic postal service takes up to 4 weeks to reach its destination. At the end I did receive the shoes after 5 weeks waiting. But then again the shoes were wrong size - I ordered mens 8 and got 11, one shoe was bigger than the other and these were not authentic Toms but cheap copies. Do not order from this or any other 'Cheap Toms...' etc. Site if you wanna have authentic Toms.
