I ordered a pair of Toms for my daughter and never received a confirmation of my order. The web site said it would be delivered in 5-7 days. When I contacted them via email they said be patient. After the delivery 8 days late, they were the wrong size for my girl. I asked for a refund or exchange and after 7 days of correspondence they informed me that I would have to agree to pay the price of the shoes again (basically buy a new pair) before they would give me the new pair. There website does not state that all sales are final. They are a complete scam. They also charged a international exchange rate that was never authorized by me.
