Before you use this company or any other company that provides these type of service-tighten your belt-as their practices are deceiving. Thank heavens for my credit card company, and having one-on-one contact with their card holders. If you think that $99.99 for tech services on your android and or iPhone - is a one time charge beware is it one of three payments. After all was said and done-I was credited-they are not able to retrieve calls to verfity any information so it is your word against customer service (they are paid by service contracts they sell over calls coming into their phone lines), if indeed they gave you deceptive pricing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-! My praises for my credit card company representive and their insight on these companies.
