I looked up dell tech support on google and thought I was calling dell and found out much to late that MyTechHelp.com was the actually company that took my credit card information. They provided service without completion of that service. I have been on the phone all morning, seeking answers and a refund. I am constantly put on hold, the customer service is rude, I am frustrated with this. How can this company continue to participate in false advertisement.
