Slow internet speed

I was promised 12 times faster than Hughesnet. They were out to the house three times and could not find out why the system was so slow. The forth time they were to come out they stood us up and never even called. I called to cancel and the woman said I wouldn't be charged early termination fee. It took five calls and four months for them to send the return box for the equipment. Now they have sent us to collection for over $400. Have contacted Attorney General in SC.
