Wild blue exede beware early termanation fees, never mentioned internet

Called wild blue too upgrade too the new service exede, i m an exciting customer, was told it would cost 150.00 install fee plus the 49.99 for the first month, they charged me 300.00, saying that it was 100.00 dollar cancel fee, for my old wb service. I was never told this when i orderd the up grade. This company is out of its mind, no customer loyalty what so ever. Not only are they gona charge you for the equipment upgrade but also an early termination fee if your still under the two year contract from the old sevice, its the same damn company hello!!! This company it the worst ever, now i'm waiting on a disision from there corprate office too see if i'm going too be refunded for the early termination fee that they conveniently forgot too mention when upgrading. Their really is no other service i can get cause of where i live and these b*s no that. If somthing else better comes my way i'm gona rip that dish off my roof!
