Similar to the above scenario. I was suspicious as soon as i recieved the email from Phil because of the way it was worded and also because i was selling a scooter worth only $1400 and he wanted to transport it via courier. It seemed like it would cost more to transport the scooter than the scooter was worth. I looked up his address on google and the search revealed this great website. Thank you for the heads up.
