Ripoff Fraudelent billing on credit card

Fraudently charged credit card of Capital One. I also believe this company is related to another suspicious internet company by the name of "Privacy Matters" who basically offers nothing in return for a charge to obtain a credit report. These two companies have the exact telephone anwering systems and replies are the same also.
