David Ross dba Aztech Telephone Clearing

After having posted my resume on craigslist, I was contacted via email by one David Ross, email address, david@ossda.Us. Ross represented himself as a third party telephone company dba as Craigslist Telephone operators who receive inbound promotion telephone calls from clients running "pop-up" internet advertisements such as Wal-Mart, K-Mart. When a customer completes and on line form and enters thee form in their computer, the computer sends the form to Mr Ross's company who fields the particular client percentage of the promotion being run, he gets a percentage after I sent the code, the customer sent to me via a text message.
For every code I received on my cell phone, in turn would have to forward and e-mail to the Aztech call center of the code I received as well as the date and time. For every code I forwarded to the call center I received $20,00 money paid funds which accumulated to 100.00 then payment would be made to me. So for every 5 coded I forwarded from 2 cell phones. I should have received $100.00 for each 5. After the first 5 codes, Mr Ross sent me an e-mail saying he confirmed my money was on its way and wanted to ensure I was aware it was sent (I have a copy of that e-mail). The check he said should have arrived between the 11th and 16th of December.in the meantime, however, I was to continue forwarding codes that I received on my cell phones.
The December dates came and went, no check.
I emailed inquiring about the money, no response.
Approximately on the 18th of December, I received a warning e-mail from Mr. Ross stating Where was his money, that he overpaid me to buy extra phones so that I had more phones to receive more codes, thus additional revenue for me... The next day, I received an e-mail with the heading, "Phone operator job SUSPENDED".in the body of that e-mail Mr. Ross threatened me that he was coming to get me because I kept his money (which really was never sent to me, this was all a game.)
His company all along was a scam. I have all the e-mails, promises to pay, e-mail where he sent the check that never arrived, the e-mail identifying his company as a division of craiglist.
Is there any thing I can do to get any compensation for this?
