Had money taken out of my account on 27/12 for £79.99 after enquirying about a loan. They asked me if i wanted premium gas and electric services and i said no. I have had no written correspondence what so ever about this. They keep saying i must of agreed at the time over the phone. I know for a fact i didnt. They asked for my bank details for identity purposes only. Its just a rip off.
