SGE cold called my sister about switching gas and electric bills but also offered to try to broker a loan. She was interested so gave bank details for a credit check, They offered her some worthless discount and voucher 'premium service' which she declined but they took £79.99 using bank details. Just got it back in December after using the Financial Services Ombudsman complaints service.
