I have had money took from my account £79.99 when i was trying for a loan they asked me if i wanted a premium services with gas and electric i said NO and they still took the money out, ive also bein emailing the company loads and they just keep saying Thank you for your email. Unfortunately we are still unable to provide a specific date when you will receive the cheque. However we endeavour to send this to you as soon as possible and apologise for the delay. I have bein reading and it seems a lot of people have had this problem surely there is something we can do.
