Store Manager Evans at the Safeway in Concord, California went up to a disabled women who was sitting down... Did not introduce himself and sarted shouting as to have her leave the store without due reason disclosed. I have never seen such vicious behavior perpetrated by a short bald-headed man of suc arrogance and ill-will... It should have been considered an act of verbal battery.
