I ordered this product. However the 14 day free trial was not posted anywhere on the advertisement. I even went back after ordering to locate the information so I would know when to cancel. The information was not there.

I did not authorize the additional charge. The company told me today where I could locate the information. They had to lead me to it.

I called and asked for a total refund but they refused. I want to file a complaint against this company and additionally warn others about this scam.
