On May 31st. I ordered a 14 day trial of Lipo Slim and Natural Cleanse for the cost of shipping. I did not receive the product until June 13th (there was no return information or bill of sale enclosed). On June 14th I was billed $168.36 and called the company. I explained to the sales rep that I did not get the order until the 13th and that I wanted to cancel the order if I was not going to get a 14 day trial. I requested to speak to a manager and she said they only make out-going calls and I could not be transferred. I left my information and of course was not called. I was told the best they could do was a refund of $79.77. I have contacted the Arizona Better Business Association but to date the company has not responded to my complaint. They should be prosecuted for misleading advertisement because including international shipping time as part of a 14 day trial is unethical. I am trying to pursue this issue but I am sure it will be to no avail. I just hope that maybe our complaints might protect future innocent consumers. I have learnt a valuable lesson, never order from a company without first checking them out on the web. I wonder if Dr. Oz realizes they are using him to endorse their product?
