I ordered a real, lace cap wig for my daughter. We ordered light brown to match her hair color and received a weird bright shade of blond. It looked very fake and was not at all what we wanted and my daughter is unable to wear. We wanted something that looked like her hair color. I emailed the company and they did respond. First, they asked for a picture, which I did send. Then they sent back that it says on their site that colors may be inconsistent due to differences in monitors and basically it was my fault. However, ordering brown and receiving bright blond is not a monitor inconsistency in my eyes. I would not recommend them to anyone. Also, there were not any instructions in the packages of how to put the cap on and fasten it. Just bits and pieces. I should have read reviews before ordering. I was just trying to help my daughter. I'm a single mom, so now I have to come up with another plan.
