I ordered online via an e-mail advertisement that popped up two sample items. It was touted as recommended by Dr. Oz and one item called Lipsom and another sample item called Green Coffee Beans with GCA.
When recently reviewing my checking account online, I noticed two charges from two different companies, but discovered they had the same phone numbers when I called my bank to report the charges and to cancel my card so this company could not make any further withdrawals to my checking account.
The amount of one of the charges was $79.00, attributed to WELLNESS INSTITUTE, LLC.in Clearwater, Florida: phone number = 833-376-0713
The other charge was for $88.00, attributed to NATURAL HEALTH SHOP, Clearwater, Florida; same phone number
When I called the phone number above, I was offered a 70% reimbursement on the total of $167.00. I refused as I reminded them I had already made the agreed upon transaction of $7.95 for one sample and $8.31 for the other sample item.
The person on the phone (most likely outsourced) stating his name as "Sam" then told me I was supposed to have cancelled within 30 days in order not to be charged for the items. I replied that was NOT STATED in the on-line order transaction, I particularly look for such "small print" statements and IF it was stated somewhere in the on-line order, THEN it was done in such a way DILBERATELY INTENDED TO DECEIVE the consumer.
I did not accept the offer of 70% refund because that is still a $50.10 amount they are making on everyone they are ‘scamming’ and it is not acceptable to me.
I had to make two separate claims made to two different names for the same company with same phone number I want 100% refund of my money. $79.00 (1st claim) $88.00 (2nd claim) = 167.00 I DO NOT WANT any coupons nor product from this company.
