Ripoff fradulent charges on credit card Cincinnati Ohio

My husband ordered ENZYTE from this company, who also distributes Altovis, Avlimil, Ogoplex, Rogisen, & Ovicid; Free sample was sent, no changes seen within 30 days, ordered another 90 day supply. (It still doesn't work) They asked if he wanted to try Ogoplex, a free sample, to which he stated he would look at it, but no to their HEALTH MAINTAINANCE PLAN;

They shipped the ordered products, as requested, and shipped the Free Sample of Ogoplex, for prostrate health. 15 days later, they shipped out 2 more of the Ogoplex, without request, and charged our credit card for 65.00 for the product, 2.00 and 2.50 for shipping. A total of three (3) seperate charges on the credit card.

I telephoned the company, talked my way to a supposed Supervisor, Joyce at ex. 5612, who stated she would refund 35.00 fo the amount and send more product to make up the difference. I refused the offer. I wanted the entire amount they had charged refunded. They refused. Had to go through our credit card bank to get charges credited and they wrote the company a letter to NEVER charge anything on the account again.
