I ordered and have paid for this software program. It will scan and tell the # of Infections found, but will not let me proceed to clean them off, etc.

My Purchase Summary Order No. Is FAPB-U151112-14CEV and I have a License Code # of 00HVUS-52ZUDA-M36775-ZZP852 - I put this # in when asked to Activate the program, but just keep getting the Order information again. So either want this fixed or my money refunded! Thank you.
