I booked a double room for my trip to Oslo only to arrive there a while later and find a fully-booked hotel. I tried to reach their customer service and find out why the hotel NEVER received my booking, but I could not speak to any helpful staff. After I returned back home and after exchanging dozens of emails, I still haven't received any refund yet. A huge disappointment and a waste of time and money.
