I ordered a remote control shark toy for my friends 8 yr old son for christmas. Their ad specifically stated that it would deliver in time for the holidays. When i had not yet received it by the 20th, i emailed them an inquiry. No response. Today, when i still had not received it and obviously will not have it in time to give as a Christmas gift, i sent them another message. I also tried to call them a couple of times but was informed by their voice message that the voice mail box was unable to record any more messages. When i check my account and the STATUS of my order, it states *processing*. I smell a scam. Any advice as to how to deal with this? I plan to call the better business bureau and my cc company to see if i can get my funds back. I am mostly disappointed that i did not get this gift for my 8 yr old buddy. I am really annoyed because i could have ordered this through another company but chose dealathons.com because they supposedly give a portion of their sales to BC Childrens Hospital Foundation. Bad to muddy the name of such a great charity. Shame on you dealathon.com.
