Product never received, refund promised but never honored

Never received item so i posted a report on usacomplaints.com to which they replied promising delivery and refund; did not receive product and when i followed up, they re-negged the refund offer - even though they offered the refund in writing. See this link for play by play:

I have done some more research and aside from the reports on this site, there are multiple sites citing dealathons.com of doing the same to them - even on their facebook page there are posted complaints. Do not do any business with them.
