*This company belongs in the hall of Shame* they dont pay their employees, they have several lawsuits currently being filed.

Boardvote is a company that claims to connect investors directly with the CEO's of publically traded small-mid cap companies for open communication and ultimately possibly investing.in theory the product sounds good. However the purpose of this posting is to expose the company for what and who they truly are.

Boardvote is a start up which hires sales people to sell its products however since its existence Boardvote has hired three sales people, some were fired becasue they challenged the product and the support without paying past due salary.

Some were hired and never received a dollar however the employee had a signed offer letter outlining salary, benefits etc. Only until the employee mentioned the word lawyer Fraudvote paid a portion of what the employee was owed.

In another case there is someone who hasnt been paid for over two months however ths person has an employeement agreement clearly with the terms. Fraudvote is now claiming this employee was only a independant contractor? Go figure this dude has an employment agreement is mentioned on the bout us"section of the company website as part of the management team. Long story short, Boardvote... Aka Fraudvote doesnt pay its people, they sign W4's and the company doesnt pay withholdings which for all intensive purposes is a Federal crime. IRS law.

The one they call Umar is the father of the creator, he has the ability to lie to your face and make you believe his bull.
If you are looking for a job I strongly suggest Boardvote is not for you, Unless you like to lie to customers about their network and oops, not ever get paid. ANY of this can be proven and will be.
