Told me they couldnt find my name or RMA

I ordered purfume from these jerks and sent it back to them the next! I have comformation from the Post Office that they received it back Dec8 @ 9:26am. Theey told me they cant find my name of the RMA# they gave me to put on the box. They sure found my card number when I ordered it thought. I have that record too!!! They called and left a message to call back today and I have 5 times already or email them and you dont get anywhere with that either. The Better Buss. Beaure needs to get ahold of these Lairs and do something in CA and MI!!! I want my money back ASAP and work of mlouth can really hurt a bussiness and this one needs to be Shut Down!!!
