M-qube, mobile Messenger ripoff, lies on how they verify request, cant contact, and no one will help

If I seem upset, your right I'm very upset. For 3 months I've been billed for something I dont have. My husband was looking for free ringtones and found that you had to have text messaging to get ringtones. We dont have text messaging so he backed out of the web site. So nothing was thought more about it.

The phone bill came and we had a $27.99 charge for third party on our bill. Well for the next three months these bills continue to come. I talked to my cell phone company and they said it was ringtones. She gave me m-qube number and email address (help@m-qube.com -617-673-2400). They sent a email letter to me stating that the charges would stop in 2 to 3 days they would email me with the name of the company and I would have to contact them for a refund. The charges are still comming.

I went back to the cell phone company and was very upset to find out they could not do anything about it. I asked what if I refused to pay it and she said it would add up and finally all of my services would be cut off. She then gave me a phone number to mobile messenger (800-235-7105) so i called them and got a recording. I left my information and I received a email from them (copied) where they state that they verify request by text messages before they bill you & you text what ringtones you want. We dont have text so we couldn't request it. Im trying to get my money back and stop them from billing me. I have all my letters I've sent them and all the letters they have sent me. They have a couple of things on their letters that they say they do, but its a lie. We did get 2 calls on the cell phone they left message on voice mail while we were working but you could not understand them it was unknown person on one and a number on the other 213-999-0818 but when you call the number it is no longer in service. I dont want email, I want to talk to a person there to tell them how I feel and that I want all of my money back not $10 to $20. They did not do what they say them do.

This is wrong what they are doing and someone should stop them. If you have any numbers or email or anything where I can talk to a person besides m-qube (they say they cant do anything either I have to talk to mobile messenger to get my money back) please let me know.
