Comcast scammed me into saveology also. After sending my rebate in, Its been 20 phone calls and "A YEAR" later... And I have yet to receive my 100.00 rebate. Now they say "we will have to cancel it and

Comcast scammed me into buying a router with this great deal of 100.00 rebate. I was shocked when I received it to find out that it was hard wired. I tried to return it to comcast. They responded by telling me that i didnt buy it from them, they have no part in it. I said I was ordering internet from you and you took my cc# for it. They then told me it was a third party company. I sent in my rebate, 18 weeks later nothing. I have called saveology tech x20 thus far. Always to hear a different lie. Its being processed (5 months, May), its being reviewed (6 moths later in nov), its on its way (takes a week). Here it is almost January. The new lie is, oh we will have to cancel the check then and it will take another 4 weeks. LIES! Lies! Lies! Has anyone ever received their rebate from these fraudulent people?
