Do not order from ajrichies.com!!! I ordered a Nikon D5100 from AJRichies.com (received 3 weeks after the order was placed) it was advertised as NEW on the website, but I received a USED camera. When I unpacked the camrea the original receipt from Best buy dropped out of the owners manuel with the exact serial # to the camrea before me. Now the camrea is in great condition but they LIED about it being new. When I called to address the problem, I said just a few words and the rep without asking me first just forwarded me to someone's voicemail (which was full) and they repeated this everytime I called back.
