I purchased some hair extension tape and paid an extra $25 for fast delivery. The incorrect tape was sent, therefore I took a photo of the tape and invoice I received and emailed them. I did this 3 times and they replied either asking for a photo which was attached to the bottom of the email they sent back, so I know they got it, and then they kept telling me it was the right tape. I sent a photo of the tape I had ordered from their site and the order details they emailed me after my purchase which was clearly different. They are still denying they sent the wrong product. What a useless company don't use them
