Ripoff sent me a bad tape. I sent it back. Was finally sent another one after 2 months. Its bad. She lied serval times about what was wrong with it. She is a fast talker. I still have tape. She would not get back with me. Ripoff

Called to order tape. No problem. Got tape. Could not use. It was a sign lanuage tape. It was not recorded right. I needed it for an Easter play in 3 weeks. Sent it back.

She told me the post office scanned it. When i mailed it back i ask post office. They said no no no. After 2 months and several phone calls she sent me another one that is messed up. I called her again she kept putting me off saying she was in a meeting with 700 people, and to call sat. I did and she would not answer the phone i could not find her web page again. She says she is a christian. Igave her several oppurtunities to right it. The tape is 20.00 all i wanted was a tape i good use for my youth group. She also said it was mytape player. So i said why arent my other tapes messed up.
