Bad Customer Service and Damage done to RV

Poor service and poor quality of work and damage done to RV: The repairs contracted for were done. However, the door frame and wallpaper around the door frame were damaged. When I brought this to the attention of the staff person, he called the owner over who did not even look to see what I was talking about before he loudly and in an intimidating manner told me that his son had done the work and that I was wrong and that the door frame had not been removed. How could it be that screws around the frame were stripped, put in crooked, and the frame dented where every screw had been replaced, some even missing the previous holes? How could it be that the wallpaper was torn if the door frame had not been removed? It was hard to miss this as I sat across from the door. It was all I could see... The damaged door frame and torn paper. And the owner insisted that the door frame had not been removed and strongly implied that I had somehow made this up, basically calling me a liar to my face? As senior citizens, my husband and I have never been treated this disrespectfully. Additionally, neither of us have the strength to remove a door frame or even reinsert screws. Neither the staff person nor the owner would even acknowledge us... They ignored our complaint. The staff person kept changing the subject and redirecting our attention to problems that we didn't even mention. We have spent thousands of dollars at Temecula Valley RV. It could have been so easy for them to have been even a little conciliatory, and we would have been so happy. We only expected them to do a good job. We were just in awe and surprise at the damage to our RV. Now, after this experience, we will NEVER do business with Temecula Valley RV again! My suggestion to anyone having their RV repaired at Temecula Valley RV is to take pictures of all areas before leaving it there so that you can prove to them how it was before they worked on it when they deny responsibility for the damage that they have done to your coach.
